Aqar Touch is a specialized B2B and B2C real estate ecosystem engineered to bridge the gap between landowners and property developers. The platform streamlines the complex process of property listing, developer onboarding, and partnership matchmaking, creating a transparent environment for large-scale real estate development.

The Challenge
The traditional real estate development process in the region is highly fragmented, heavily reliant on offline mediation, and lacks a centralized digital workflow. The core UI/UX challenge was to design a single platform that simultaneously caters to two distinct user archetypes with completely different mindsets and technical skill levels:
Landowners (الملاك): Who need an extremely simplified, trustworthy, and guided multi-step process to submit sensitive land data, legal documents, and coordinates without feeling overwhelmed.
Property Developers (المطورين): Who require data-dense, analytical dashboards to filter properties, manage high-value investment interests, and track partnership statuses.
The Goal
To architect an "Arabic-First" (RTL), seamless, and intuitive digital product that simplifies onboarding, minimizes form abandonment during complex multi-step land listings, and provides powerful filtering mechanisms for developers to discover investment opportunities quickly.
My Core Responsibilities (My Role)
As the Senior UI/UX Designer on this project, I was responsible for the entire product design lifecycle, including:
User Architecture & Flows: Defining and mapping distinct user journeys for both Landowners and Developers to prevent interaction cross-contamination.
Information Architecture (IA): Restructuring lengthy, complex legal and technical land data submission forms into digestible, progressive multi-step wizard workflows.
Interface Design (UI): Crafting a premium, trustworthy visual identity using clean typography, structured data cards, and interactive map integration layouts.
RTL & Accessibility Optimization: Ensuring every touchpoint, form label, step indicator, and dashboard chart was completely optimized for Right-to-Left (RTL) reading patterns and accessibility compliance.

Multi-Step Onboarding Wizards (إنشاء الحساب وتحديد الاهتمامات):
Designed tailored onboarding flows. For developers, a specialized screen allows them to choose specific fields of investment interest seamlessly. For landowners, a highly accessible login and creation process ensures immediate clarity.
Progressive Land Submission Flow (إضافة أرض):
Broked down the cumbersome task of entering land details into 4 clear, progressive steps (Basic Info, Boundaries/Dimensions, Document Uploads, and Verification). This approach drastically reduces cognitive load and form drop-offs.
The Unified Dashboard (الرئيسية):
Designed an intuitive landing experience featuring easy access to global stats, rapid property discovery layouts, and clear call-to-actions that drive engagement from both user types right from the home screen.
